All our items are checked thoroughly before dispatching so no problem should arise in the first place.

*Return policy is simple. Make sure that you claim the product within 7 days. After that request will not be accepted.
- If you receive an electronic item in damaged/broken, expired condition or any product that does not match its description, you need to inform us within 48 hours of order delivery.
- Incase of software related issues then you can contact us within 7 days.
- The product must be in its original condition when returned to us

- For complain you have to mention proper reason for returning the product.
- The product that is imported have only check warranty after that no claim will be accepted.
- The electronic products that have 6 months or 1-year brand warranty will be claimed by yourself at that brand’s service center.
- If the product is broken during shipping or some item is missing in the parcel then inform us of the relevant query.
- Return of opened products only possible if a fault is found.
- If the fault is claimed in a non-faulty product then shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
- For returning a product shipping charges is paid by the customer.
- You can ship it to us using any courier service.
- The amount of any product will be refunded as per the manufacture’s policy.
- Your faulty product is replaced with a new one within 7 days.
- You can also get a voucher of that amount and buy any other product using that voucher.
- For getting a voucher you must have to contact us.
Some products may take weeks up to a month to be deliverd depending on the shipping method chosen. We ask for your understanding in this instances as this is in an effort to offer you the cheapest prices at all times.
